One of the most qualified and experienced doctor is available for Civil Protection surgeon Ludhiana under enormous pressure from the unions moved. 18. August – Senior Civil Hospital radiographer is handed caught red-handed while accepting bribe. Vigilance Bureau registers the case. 19.
